Project Design/Management
IDLS staff have a wealth of experience in Project and Programme management and design in both the HIV and Climate Change sectors. Experience ranges from managing a £20million DFID funded programme, to multi-country action research, to the project management of smaller research projects.
Our staff are methodical and well-organised, without losing sight of the bigger picture and managing budgets appropriately. Monitoring and evaluation is a tool for learning, improvement and accountability. It is therefore an integral part of our project management approach.
Consultation and facilitation are part and parcel of our work ethic.
